- The voucher can also be presented at the City Sightseeing Ticket Offices to pick up tickets prior to boarding – Jackson Sq (700 Decatur St) or Basin St Station Visitor Information Center (501 Basin St)

- For the Garden District tour: Meet your guide at Stop 12, at 11 AM, 12 PM, 1 PM, 2 PM, or 3 PM on any day your ticket is valid
- For the French Quarter tour: Meet your guide at City Sightseeing’s Jackson Square Ticket Office located at 700 Decatur Street (near Stop 1) at 11 AM, 12 PM, 1 PM, 2 PM, or 3 PM on any day your ticket is valid
