  • Children must be older than 2 years, babies are not permitted

On-site usage

  • The pick-up point is located in the (underground) bus station of Plaza de Oriente, right next to the Royal Palace. Although there is no number 4 on Calle Bailén (28013), searching for “Calle Bailén 4” or “Puerta del Príncipe” on Google Maps will mark the exact location of the “Puerta del Príncipe.” Directly across from the “Puerta del Príncipe,” you will find the stairs leading down to the station. There, you will see our Eco Tuk Tuk signage to guide you to the exact pick-up point. You can contact us by phone or write a WhatsApp (+34 696 99 78 89) at any time.

  • In case you are late, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may result in a change in the set route

  • The tour itinerary may change due to street closures or protests on the day of the tour
