On-site usage
- Arrive at the City Sightseeing office or any City Sightseeing bus stop on the route to redeem your smartphone ticket
- The main tour office is located in the pedestrian mall at The Zone shopping center: Oxford Road, Rosebank (in the pedestrian mall, near KFC and next to Hamley’s Toys)
- Car parking is available at The Zone shopping center, entrance off Oxford Road
- Show the same smartphone ticket to your driver at boarding for all stops
- Hop-off at your desired stop and hop-on at any of the stops along the circular route

After your visit
- To access the 2-hour guided Soweto tour, board the bus at Stop 13: Gold Reef City Casino Hotel
- After the 2-hour Soweto tour, rejoin the hop-on hop-off bus tour at Stop 13 and return to Stop 1
